My beautiful gift!
A wee while ago Linda of Bella Bead Jewelry ran a lucky draw on her blog.
Basically if you left a comment on her posts during the nominated week - you could go into the draw to win a surprise... & Linda tempted us all with a sneak peek at the fabulous packaging.
Well of course I left comments - the packaging alone was enough reason for that. But to be fair I was already following & commenting on Linda's blog.
Well I won.....my name was drawn, & to me that is a big thing. I'm the person who never wins anything - in fact at times I suspect that I couldn't get my name drawn out of a hat full of "Deb's" - lol!
A couple of days ago my parcel arrived! Oh My Goodness - inside the absolutely beautiful package, which is a work of art in itself, was the most fabulous winged heart & a stunning Kumihimo braided necklace.
Now I don't know what I am most thrilled with! I haven't ever seen a Kumihimo braid in person - so I was pretty darn impressed with that, then again the winged heart is just beautiful too & they really do need to go together - so I have a plan. I'm just hoping that I can pull in off in a manner befitting the fitting of the two of them.
