Now all of my cyber friends who are in the fortunate position of not having met me, or spoken to me on Skype - will not realise that I am not the nice ladylike, genteel, politely spoken English Rose (lol!), that you think I am.
The truth is somewhat different - as Ms M will attest to.
Shock...horror....disbelief - I can be a potty mouth, & most certainly a potty brain.
I know, I know - incredible isn't it? I blame it on TV, society, bad parenting (not really - my Mum is an immaculately spoken lady...well she was until I mislead her).
Anyway there is nothing like a good expletive when you are really annoyed - or something has gone terribly wrong, but lets face it in blog posts, chat & on the phone - it's just not done. So when I started talking to Ms M - I had to tone it down a bit - or at least try to! So I used the word 'bugger'!
Dictionary definitions aside - 'Bugger' has now become quite acceptable - gosh, they even use it in TV commercials here. I happened to show Ms M the TV commercial it was used in - I had a convert, it has now become a favorite word of Mallory's! I guess it's time I shared that commercial with the rest of you ;o)

I love it! It's not really a bad word, is it?
Well... not here... not anymore.
Hey it can't be if they have commercials with it in ;o)
Whooo, bugger me! ROFLMAO! Okay, maybe you've done this potty mouth a big favor. Now, I can replace some of my @#$# words with bugger :)
I watched a bunch of those commercials. They're funny.
